Guardianship Fees
Scale of Fees:
Accommodation and food (per day) £45
This includes a continued care of your child, attendance at the parent meetings when necessary, school functions (concerts, end of term plays, prize-giving, etc...) and other duties eg. Shopping, medicial appointments, dentists etc...
Expenses during the school year
- Exceats or long weekends £2000
On one school year in the UK there are approximately six exceats, these are weekends off where the school closes.
- Theatre entries, restaurant meals, theme parks, bowling, skating, etc...
Trips during the school year
- 1st Half-term break (October) £900
This is usually to Cornwall, at the South-Western peninsula of Great Britain.
Includes: Hotel, car transportation and activities during the week.
- 2nd Half-term break (February) £1500
This is usually a ski trip sometimes to Austria, Switzerland, Italy or France.
Includes: 6 night hotel, flight ticket, 3 meals a day, ski lessons, boots and ski hire and lift passes.
(please inform us of the child's level of skiing ability)
- 3rd Half-term break (May) £1500
Cruise
Includes: cruise, flight ticket, 3 meals a day and all activities during the week.
What is not included in the guardianship fee:
- Transfers:

...To and from airports
...To and from London or any place we are asked to collect and return children to
- We divide the costs of any transfers by how many are in the vehicle. The cost is 90p per mile.
- Entrance fees to any event and any travel expense, train ticket or mini-bus cost
- Cost of any meals eaten at restaurants when out on visits
Each child has to have their own debit card (you have to open an account in Mexico) so they can get their pocket money deposited there anytime the parent consider it necessary you then gauge how much your child has to spend.
All trips will be booked when deposit is paid, unless otherwise informed.
The payments will be made the following way:
1st £4000 to be paid when you ask for the guardianship service, this payment covers the guardianship fee (£1500), half of the expenses (£1000) and the reservation fee of all the trips (£500 each).
2nd £4000 to be paid before you bring your son/daughter to school, this is to cover the second half of the expenses (£1000) and the balance of the trips.
3rd Any expense fee that is not used will be refunded at the end of the school year.
