My Guardianship covers
- Point of contact for parents, child,and school.
- Be on call to visit in case of emergency
- Act on behalf of parents in case on emergency or crisis.
- Make appropriate arrangements for medical care
- Provide personal advice and support for your child during term time
- Keep you informed and consult on matters concerning your child
- Establish a close liaison and communicate with you, your child and the school on educational matters
- Exercise discretion regarding your child's social activities and outings
- Provide holiday guardianship at half terms and exeat weekends
- Arrange travel to and from airports
- Arrange any other travel in the UK
- Bring to your attention any educational problems or special needs
- Attend parent teacher meetings and some school functions if requested
- Manage an account for your child's personal allowance
- Arrange for the purchase and replacement of school uniform items if needed
- Support your child's best interests academically and socially
- Arrange social activities during holiday periods and weekends whilst not at school.
